Day 1: Bursa – Istanbul – Edirne – Kapıkule Border Gate

We depart from our meeting point in Bursa at the designated time with our guests. We reach the Kapıkule Border Gate via Istanbul and Edirne with our breaks along the route and in-car refreshments. After completing our passport and customs procedures, we continue our journey to Europe with a night drive.


Day 2: Sofia – Belgrade

We arrive in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, in the morning. During our panoramic city tour, we will see places such as Aleksander Nevski Cathedral, the Russian Church, the Church of St. Sophia, Rotunda Church, the Archaeological Museum, the Presidential Palace, the Prime Minister's Office, and Banyabaşı Mosque.

After our tour in Sofia, we head towards Belgrade. Once we arrive in Belgrade, we start our walking tour. Knez Mihailova Street, Kalemegdan, the Monument to France, Istanbul Gate, the Tomb of Grand Vizier Ali Pasha, the Victor Monument, the Dungeon Gate, Leopold Gate, the Clock Tower, and the city walls are some of the important points we will see during our tour.

After the tour, we transfer to our hotel for an overnight stay in Belgrade.

Day 3: Belgrade – Ljubljana – Padova

After having breakfast at the hotel, we leave with our luggage and head towards Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. In Ljubljana, one of the most pleasant and romantic cities in Europe, we carry out our walking tour.

During our tour, we will visit Preseren Square, the Triple Bridge, the Dragon Bridge, and Ljubljana Castle. After some free time, we cross the Italian border and arrive in the Padova region. Transfer to our hotel and overnight stay.

Day 4: Padova – Venice – Verona – Milan

After having our breakfast, we head to Venice. From Troncetto Port, we take a private vaporetto to San Marco Island. During our walking tour in Venice, we will see significant sites such as St. Mark's Square, St. Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, the Rialto Bridge, the Bell Tower, and the Astronomical Clock.

During our free time, guests can explore the historic streets of Venice, check out Murano glass products, or optionally join a gondola tour.

After our visit to Venice, we move to Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet. In Verona, our walking tour will cover Bra Square, the Verona Arena, and Juliet's House.

After the tour, we head to Milan. Transfer to the hotel and overnight stay in Milan or its surroundings.

Day 5: Milan – Pisa – Montecatini

After breakfast, we conduct our city tour in Milan. Known as the capital of fashion and design, we will visit the Duomo Cathedral, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, La Scala Theater, the Statue of Leonardo da Vinci, Vittorio Emanuele Square, and Sforza Castle.

After our Milan tour, we move to Pisa. Upon arrival, we walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli, where the Leaning Tower of Pisa is located. After our guide's explanations, we have free time.

Then we head to the Montecatini Terme region. Check-in at the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 6: Montecatini – Florence – San Gimignano – Siena – Rome

After breakfast, we head to Florence. In Florence, one of the most important cities of the Renaissance, we will conduct a walking tour including Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, the Baptistery, Signoria Square, Vecchio Palace, the Neptune Fountain, Vecchio Bridge, and Republic Square.

After our Florence visit, we move to San Gimignano, one of Tuscany's most special stops. We will see towers, Cisterna Square, and historic streets in this medieval city.

Next, we head to Siena. Known for its world-famous Palio races, we will visit Campo Square, Mangia Tower, Pubblico Palace, and Siena Cathedral.

After our Siena visit, we head towards Rome. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel for an overnight stay in Rome.

Day 7: Rome – Vatican

After breakfast, we head to Vatican City, the smallest country in the world. We carry out our tour around St. Peter's Square and Basilica with explanations from our guide.

After our Vatican visit, we start our Rome city tour. Important sites we will visit include the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Venice Square, Vittorio Emanuele II Monument, Via del Corso, Trevi Fountain, the Four Rivers Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Popolo Square.

After the tour, we give our guests some free time in Rome. Guests can try special flavors of Italian cuisine or enjoy pleasant moments in the streets of Rome.

Day 8: Rome – Pompeii – Brindisi / Bari

After breakfast, we check out of our hotel and head towards Pompeii. The Ancient City of Pompeii, located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, is one of the most special stops on our tour due to its historical texture and impressive story.

After our Pompeii visit, we have free time for souvenir shopping and meals. Then we head to Brindisi or Bari Port, where we will cross into Greece. After customs procedures, we board the ferry and continue our overnight journey to Greece.

Day 9: Igoumenitsa – Thessaloniki – Atatürk House – Greek Tavern Night

In the morning, after arriving at Igoumenitsa Port by ferry, we leave the ship with our vehicle. After a breakfast break along the way, we head towards Thessaloniki.

Upon our arrival in Thessaloniki, we begin our panoramic city tour. Places we will see include the Church of St. Demetrius, Atatürk House, the Church of St. Sophia, Bey Hammam, Hamza Bey Mosque, Bezesten, the White Tower, Rotunda, the International Fair Area, the waterfront, and Aristotle Square.

After the tour, we check into our hotel. We have dinner at a taverna night with Greek and Turkish tunes. Overnight stay in our hotel in Thessaloniki.

After our free time, we proceed towards Ipsala Border Gate. After completing our passport and customs procedures, we enter Turkey and continue our journey to Bursa.

After our breaks along the way, we arrive in Bursa and bid farewell to our valued guests at the points we picked them up, hoping to see them again on the next Ayhan Işık Tourism trip.

- It is mandatory for our guests participating in the tour to have a valid Multi (Multiple Entry) Schengen visa throughout the duration of the tour. Consumers who request Visa Services from the Agency are subject to the rules and regulations of the Agency or consulate representatives regarding visa processing. - Consumers who declare that they have a visa for the countries on the tour or state that they will personally follow the visa procedures cannot terminate the contract by claiming that visa procedures did not take place. - Passengers who will handle their own visa procedures must inform the Agency at least 15 days prior to their appointment for the documents requested from the consulates that are covered by the tour service. The Agency or its authorized representative cannot be held responsible for any disruption, such as visa refusals, due to the inability to submit all necessary documents for appointments made without prior notice. The responsibility entirely lies with the Consumer. - Consumers who apply for visas through the Agency are responsible if the relevant consulate denies the visa or issues a restricted visa that is shorter than the duration of the tour; the Agency has no liability. - If a consumer is traveling with family members, relatives, or as part of a group and one or more individuals do not receive a visa, the consumer whose visa was obtained cannot cancel the tour. In this case, if the consumer wishes to cancel the tour, the tour fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. - Even if all visa procedures have been validly completed, if for any reason the Consumer is not allowed to enter the country or is not permitted to leave Turkey despite having complete visas, no payment will be made to the Consumer, and the Agency will not be held responsible for any resulting damages. - To be able to make purchases and expenses in all countries included in the tour program, it is sufficient to have Euros. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas where local currency is used. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night. - In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) is implemented daily in the seating plan, and fixed and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - There is a minimum one-day accommodation requirement for bringing goods (alcohol – cigarettes, etc.) back into Turkey from abroad. - The free shop purchase limits when entering Turkey from abroad are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - During the tour, Guides can make changes to the program flow as long as they ensure that all specified places are shown, depending on weather and road conditions. - The Travel Insurance Package can only be added at the time of tour purchase and cannot be added later. It provides the guest with an unconditional continuous cancellation right until 7 days before the travel date. There is no refund if not used. If the cancellation insurance package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior. A 30% penalty will be applied for cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour date, and a 100% penalty for cancellations made less than 20 days before the tour date. Cancellation documents such as hospital reports and workplace permission documents obtained from authorities in Turkey, as well as documents related to hotels and services abroad, will unfortunately not be accepted. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour's departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by the Agency. - In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program, or where there are options for the same destination, the hotels will be communicated by the Agency 2 days before the tour movement. - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding those specified. In such cases, the Agency will inform of this situation 15 days before the tour departure date. - Triple rooms can be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds may consist of folding and convertible beds (commonly known as coach beds), the tour participant acknowledges and accepts any overcrowding or bed type issues that may arise in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply only for single children in the appropriate age group staying with 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour services are generally served according to the breakfast culture of the country being visited and typically consist of a limited menu termed continental breakfast (butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee); these may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for general promotion and last a maximum of 2-3 hours, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees, and will be given through commentary from the vehicle. The Agency cannot be held responsible if these tours cannot be conducted due to local authorities prohibiting visits on the designated days/hours or because the tours become impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or by foot in locations where closed roads or restricted vehicle access exists. - The waiting times at customs gates during road crossings may exceed standard expectations; the Agency cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes resulting from these waiting times. - Extra tours are organized by the local Agency we received service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the tours may not be conducted, or the prices, contents, and vehicles used for the extra tours may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the status of the museums and archaeological sites being visited (open/closed) and weather conditions. - Participation in extra tours during the tour is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour accept that they will wait at a nearby rest area during the extra tour. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest area before the extra tour starts and picked up from the same location after the tour concludes. - Check-in and boarding procedures for air tours are personal responsibilities and must be completed by guests at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online on the airline's website before the flight. - The Agency is not responsible for those who are not present at the designated airport at the times notified by the Agency for participation in the tour, those who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or those who complete these procedures on time but do not board the plane. Passengers who miss their flights are responsible for the necessary round-trip new airline tickets and transfer expenses incurred due to this situation. - The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing trip. The Agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes upon purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay for airport taxes and airport service fees.
