The price for the extra tour package per person is 490 Euro instead of 635 Euro when participating in all tours.
INFORMATION:
- Guests participating must have a valid Multi (Multi-Entry) Schengen visa throughout the tour duration. (Green Passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
- Visa services and procedures are not included in the purchased service. Consumers requesting visa services from the Agency are subject to the procedures and principles of the Agency or consulate representatives regarding visa processing.
- Consumers who declare that they have a visa for the countries they will participate in or indicate that they will personally follow up on the visa process cannot cancel the contract by claiming that the visa procedures did not take place.
- Passengers who will handle their visa procedures themselves must inform the Agency at least 15 days before the date of the appointment requested from the consulates regarding the documents required for visa processing regarding the tour service. The Agency or its authorized agent shall not be held responsible for any delays, visa refusals, etc. arising from not delivering all necessary documents for appointments made without prior notification. Responsibility lies entirely with the Consumer.
- In the event that Consumers using the Agency for visa processing are refused visa by the relevant consulate or receive restricted visas shorter than the duration of the tour, the responsibility lies with the Consumer, and the Agency has no liability.
- If a Consumer has obtained a visa for themselves, they cannot withdraw from the tour due to the refusal of one or more persons from their family, relatives, or group to obtain a visa. In this case, if the Consumer wishes to withdraw from the tour, no refund will be made regarding the tour price.
- Even if all visa procedures are validly completed, no payment will be made to the Consumer who is not allowed entry into the country for any reason or who is not permitted to leave Turkey despite having completed their visas. The Agency shall not be held liable for any losses arising from this reason.
- To be able to shop and expense in all countries included in the tour, carrying Euros is sufficient. In regions that use local currency, the Guide will assist in currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes are recommended during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a jacket or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) is implemented in the seating plan daily, and a fixed seat and front seat guarantee are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- Upon entry into Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum 1-day accommodation requirement to bring items (alcohol - tobacco, etc.).
- Shopping limits for free shop purchases upon entry to Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding alcoholic beverages with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including alcoholic beverages with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- During the tour, Guides may alter the program flow, provided that they show every place specified in the program, depending on weather and road conditions.
- The Travel Insurance Package can only be added during the purchase of the tour. It cannot be added later. It grants the guest the unconditional right to cancel until 7 days before the travel date. There is no refund if not used. If the cancellation insurance package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before. A penalty of 30% is applied if it is less than 30 days before the tour date, and 100% if it is 20 days or less before. Documents such as hospital reports from the authorities in Turkey and work permit documents submitted with the cancellation request are not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services they will use outside of Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the last notification date for cancellation is 20 days prior to the departure of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated by the Agency.
- In cases where only category information is provided and/or options are available for the same destination in the tour program, the hotels will be informed by the Agency 2 days prior to the movement of the tour.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified distances. In such cases, the Agency will inform at least 15 days prior to the tour date.
- Triple rooms may be allocated based on hotel availability, and the bed designated for the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and are referred to as coach beds, tour participants acknowledge they understand the potential tightness and bed type in rooms for reservations of 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts are valid for one child that meets the age group, staying with 2 adults.
- Breakfasts included in the tour services are generally served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and are appropriate to the breakfast culture of the visited country, and can be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are the tours organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted panoramically with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours without including museum or historical site entries. The Agency shall not be liable for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours if local authorities do not permit entry or due to any activity causing closed roads, or if the tour cannot be conducted due to weather conditions. Some tours may need to be conducted using public transportation or on foot if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
- During the passage by road through customs gates, waiting times may exceed the standards, and the Agency shall not be responsible for any inconveniences arising from such waiting periods.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Agency providing services, requiring a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, excursions may not take place or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra excursions may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be altered by the guide according to the open/closed status of the museums and ruins to be visited and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up again from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- For those participating in flights with the tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal processes that must be carried out by the guests at the airline counters at the airport or online on the airline's websites before the flight.
- The Agency is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the indicated airport at the times communicated by the Agency for tour participation, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but do not board the plane. Those who miss their flight must cover the costs for new round-trip flight tickets and local transfers necessary for their participation in the tour.
- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays for scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip. The Agency is obliged to inform the passenger as soon as possible about these changes. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport fees and service charges.

After meeting our guests at the designated meeting point, we depart from Bursa. We reach the Kapıkule Border Gate via the routes of Istanbul and Edirne. After passport and customs procedures, we continue our journey towards Europe with an overnight trip.
After a free breakfast on the road, we arrive in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, and start our panoramic city tour. During this tour, we will see some of the places such as the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Russian Church, the Church of St. Sophia, the Rotunda Church, the Archaeological Museum, the Presidency, the Prime Ministry, and the Banyabaşı Mosque. After the panoramic tour, we will have a short free time before gathering back at our vehicle and heading towards Belgrade. Upon our arrival in Belgrade, we will take a walking tour during which we will see Knez Mihajlova Street, Kalemegdan, the France Monument, Istanbul Gate, the Tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, the Panorama Point, the Victor Statue, the Dungeon Gate, the Leopold Gate, the Clock Tower, and the city walls, among others. After our walking tour, you can stroll through the lively streets of Belgrade, try different ice cream flavors at the recommended ice cream shop by your guide, or enjoy a pleasant coffee while watching the surroundings and the city. In the morning, after having breakfast at the hotel, we complete the hotel check-out process and set off for Budapest with our luggage. Upon arrival in Budapest, we will start our city tour, during which we will see the Erzsébet Bridge, Gellért Hill, Fisherman's Bastion, St. Matthias Cathedral, the Chain Bridge, the Parliament Building, and Heroes' Square. After the tour, there will be free time. At the end of the free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish can join the optional Gypsy Night Tour (50 Euros). One of the things that come to mind when thinking of Hungary is the Gypsy night. After arriving in this city where we will see Italy's second-largest arena, during our walking tour we will visit attractions like Bra Square, Verona Arena, and Juliet's House. After the tour, during our free time, you can stroll along the granite-paved shopping street in Verona, explore shops of famous brands, sit in cafes at Bra Square to taste the famous forest fruit panna cotta, or sip on local drinks and enjoy the day. After free time, we meet at the time and place given by our guide and continue our journey to Venice. Founded as a pirate colony on 118 islands, Venice is reached via a special vaporetto waiting for us at Troncetto port. After a half-hour journey over water, we begin our walking tour on this island, named after the patron saint of Venice. During the tour, we will see some of the highlights including the Florence Cathedral, known as Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistery, Signoria Square, Vecchio Palace, Neptune Fountain, and the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. We head towards Pisa, which is home to one of the most interesting and most visited towers in the world. After arriving, we take a walk towards the religious complex that includes the Pisa tower, where Galileo Galilei also conducted his experiments. Here, we will listen to our guide about the interesting stories of the tower and the city, and then we will take the must-have photos with the famous tower. After having breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we complete our check-out procedures and leave the hotel with our luggage, heading towards Rome, the capital of Italy. Upon arrival, our first stop is the Vatican, the smallest state in the world. This small state, consisting of St. Peter's Basilica and the square surrounding it, is a very important place of worship for Christians. In this important place where the Pope, the leader of the Catholic denomination, lives, we receive information from our guide about the construction process of the basilica, the square, its architects, important groups of statues on and inside the structure, the papal assassination, and many other significant topics. After taking photographs during our free time and completing our visit to the church if possible, we depart from the Vatican. Our next plan is a city tour of Rome. We start our walking tour at the Colosseum, where every stone you step on has a trace of history. After listening to the stories of this magnificent structure, where hundreds of people's lives came to an end, from our guide, we see the Roman Forum and reach Piazza Venezia at the end of our walk. This square, which is home to one of the most special structures in the city, the Vittorio Emanuele II monument, leads us to the Via Del Corso street, where we will see the Trevi Fountain (the Fountain of Love), the Four Prophets Monument, the Spanish Steps, and the Piazza del Popolo, which are just some of the sights we will visit during this tour. The city has such an important historical texture that it is possible to discover new details at every corner. After our walking tour, we have free time. Every type of pasta, which is indispensable in Italian cuisine, is cooked with different sauces. This is the place where you can find the best and most natural sauces in Italy. After tasting the sauces, we will go to our famous pastry shop. You will be unable to get enough of these pies, made fresh every day and adorned with wild strawberries. We offer you a slice of the strawberry pie that even those who claim not to like pies will adore. After tasting one pie, we are sure you will want another. After shopping and tasting in this charming village, we will take some photos against the stunning scenery before heading to our bus at the time given by our guide to continue our journey to Mc Arthur Designer Outlet La Reggia in Naples, which is included in the tour program. After our arrival, we will have free time for shopping. This outlet hosts 144 different brands, and after our free time, we will continue our journey to Bari (or Brindisi). Upon arrival, we will complete our ticket procedures and pass through customs to board the ship. We will settle into our seats (ATS) as indicated by our guide and set sail for Greece. After arriving at the port in the morning, we set off towards Kavala. Guests who wish can join the optional Kalambaka / Meteora tour.
