INFORMATION:

- Guests participating in the tour must have a valid multi-entry Schengen visa during the tour duration. (Green Passport holders are exempt from visa requirements.)

- Visa services and processes are not included in the purchased service. Consumers requesting visa services from the agency are subject to the procedures and principles of the agency or consular representatives.

- Consumers who declare that they have a visa for the countries of the tour or that they will personally follow up on their visa processes cannot terminate the contract by claiming that the visa processes have not been completed.

- Passengers who will handle their own visa processes must inform the agency at least 15 days prior to the appointment requested from consulates regarding the documents required for visa applications covering the tour services. Any delays or issues arising from not being able to submit all required documents by the arranged appointments will not hold the agency or authorized agency responsible. The responsibility lies entirely with the consumer.

- Consumers who handle their visa processes through the agency assume responsibility in case the consulate denies the visa or issue it for a shorter duration than the duration of the tour; the agency has no liability.

- If a consumer is traveling with family, relatives, or as part of a group and one or more individuals do not receive a visa, they cannot withdraw from the tour even if they have obtained a visa for themselves. In this case, if the consumer wishes to withdraw from the tour, the tour payment will not be refunded.

- Even if all required visa processes are completed, no payment will be made to the consumer who is denied entry into the destination country for any reason or is not allowed to depart from Turkey due to incomplete visas, and the agency will not be held responsible for any damages arising from this.

- To make purchases and expenditures in all countries included in the tour, having Euros will suffice. The guide will assist in currency exchange in areas where local currency is used.

- It is advisable to wear comfortable walking shoes or sneakers during the trip. It is also beneficial to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the night.

- In our weekly tours, there is a rotation (seat changing) practice in the seating plan on a daily basis, and fixed seat and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.

- To bring items (alcohol – cigarettes, etc.) from abroad into Turkey, a minimum of 1 night accommodation is required.

- The free shop shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.

- The guides during the tour can make changes to the program flow as long as they show every place mentioned in the program, depending on weather and road conditions.

- The travel insurance package can only be added at the time of tour purchase. It cannot be added later. It provides the guest with unconditional cancellation rights until 7 days before the travel date. If not used, there is no refund. If the cancellation insurance package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before the tour date. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty will be applied, and in case of cancellation 20 days or less before the tour date, a 100% penalty will be applied. Documentation such as hospital reports, workplace permission letters, etc., obtained from authorities in Turkey regarding cancellation requests are not accepted for cancellations of reserved hotels and services outside of Turkey.

- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice will be sent 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to lack of participation will be informed by the agency.

- In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying the names, and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by the agency 2 days before the trip.

- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, guests will be informed by the agency 15 days prior to the tour departure date.

- 3-person rooms can be assigned depending on hotel availability, and beds allocated to the 3rd person in these types of rooms are smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are either folding or coach beds, participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations accept that they may experience crowding and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts are valid for one child of the eligible age group staying with 2 adults.

- Breakfasts included in the tour services are generally offered as continental breakfasts appropriate to the breakfast culture of the country visited, consisting of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with the guidance provided inside the vehicle, not including museum or historical site entrances, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours are not the responsibility of the agency if not taking place due to local authority restrictions on entrance and access, closed roads due to any activities, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where there are closed roads or restricted vehicle entry points within the limits of available options.

- Waiting times at customs checkpoints during road travel can exceed the standard limits; the agency is not responsible for any negative experiences arising from these waiting times.

- Optional tours are organized at least with 20 participants by the local agency from which services are received. If sufficient number is not met, the tours cannot be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for optional tours may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing situation of museums and historical sites to be visited and weather conditions.

- Optional tours are based on the participant's preference and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour accept to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped at the rest area before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

- For those participating in tours with flights, check-in and boarding procedures are personal transactions and must be done by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airports or online via the airline’s website before the flight.

- The agency is not responsible for any guests who are not present at the airport at the times provided by the agency, do not perform check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures but do not board the plane. The necessary expenses for new round trip flight tickets and transfers related to the location will be at the expense of those who miss their flights.

- The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights; the agency is obliged to inform about such changes as soon as possible. The passenger acknowledges the risk of schedule changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees.

      All guests are deemed to have accepted the terms mentioned above upon purchase of the tour. 

       The tour brochure published on 24.03.2026 is valid. A subsequent tour brochure for the same tour will invalidate the previous one. 

Meeting in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter at the international departure terminal of Sabiha Gökçen Airport 3 hours prior to the flight. After handling baggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we will depart for Barcelona at 10:10 with Pegasus Airlines flight number PC 1091. We will arrive at 12:50 local time, after which we will transfer to our private bus waiting at the airport and head towards Valencia. Valencia is a city located on the eastern coast of Spain, surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, and is a city rich in history and modernity. As the third-largest city in Spain, Valencia attracts visitors with its rich history, culture, and art. During our city tour upon arrival, we will visit significant sights such as the City Hall, Gothic Cathedral, Arena, City of Arts and Sciences Museum, Mercado Central (Historical Market), and Silk Exchange. After our tour, we will have free time, and we will meet at the time determined by our guide to move to our hotel. After checking into the hotel, we will have free time to rest.

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will depart from our hotel with our luggage and head to **Granada**. Upon arrival, our city tour will begin. **Granada** is a city rich in history and culture, located in the heart of the **Andalusia** region. It is famous for its historical heritage, music and dance, breathtaking views, and the **Alhambra Palace**. The city is one of Spain's leading tourist destinations, attracting millions of visitors each year. During our city tour, we will visit notable sites such as **Gran Via Street**, **Bib Rambla** and **City Squares**, the **Granada Cathedral** (from the outside), Granada's first university **Madraza**, the **Silk Market**, and the old **Nasri Caravanserai**. After this tour, guests can optionally join the **Alhambra Palace Tour** (Extra) for **70 Euros**. (Please note that there is a daily visitor limit at the Alhambra Palace, and our visit may be subject to availability, excluding the harem. It is essential to inform your agency about your interest in this tour during reservation). The **Alhambra Palace**, one of Granada's greatest treasures, is one of the most dazzling and impressive examples of Andalusian Islamic architecture. It is also one of the most visited historical sites in Spain and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. This famous site was started in the 13th century as a fortress and palace on the plateau overlooking Granada, on Sabika Hill, and construction continued until the 15th century. It got its name "Alhambra," meaning ‘**Red**,’ due to the red clay used in its construction. While wandering through the gardens of this magnificent structure located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains, you can imagine how the Andalusian sultans spent their leisure and entertainment time. After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel. In the evening, those who wish can join the **Neighborhoods (Albaicin and Sacromonte Gypsy Neighborhood) Tour** (Extra) for **45 Euros**. **Albaicin** is a historical and enchanting neighborhood of Granada. This area, which is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is famous for its narrow streets, whitewashed houses, and scenic hills. It bears traces of Andalusian Islamic culture and architecture and reflects the history of Granada. After our tour here, we will watch a **Gypsy Show** along with a drink in entirely handmade caves, experiencing their lifestyle. After the tour, we will return to our hotel.  After having our early breakfast at the hotel, we are heading towards Sevilla. The capital of Andalucia, Sevilla is our next stop. Sevilla is a historical and culturally rich city located in the Andalusia region of Spain. We will take a city tour in Sevilla, which is situated on the banks of the Guadalquivir River, starting with Maria Luisa Park, which includes Plaza de Espana and Plaza America. We will also see Sevilla Cathedral (from outside), the world's third-largest cathedral that houses the tomb of Cristof Colomb, and next to it, Hiralda Minaret, the last remaining piece of the mosque that once stood there, which is a memory of the Umayyad Caliphate of Andalusia. We will also view the Alcazar Palace of the Castilian Kings (from outside). After that, we will pass through the Archive of the Indies, where records of all maritime expeditions to the Americas up until the 19th century are kept, to reach the narrow streets of the neighborhood known as "Old" Sevilla, Santa Cruz. At the end of our walk, we will see the former Tobacco Factory, now the Maritime Museum, known as Torre del Oro or Golden Tower. After this, our guests who wish can join the Cordoba Tour organized by our guide (55 Euro) on an extra basis. Cordoba is a historic city located in the Andalusia region of Spain, famous for its historical and cultural wealth, impressive architecture, and buildings reflecting the traces of Andalusian Islamic Culture. After a 1.5-hour journey, we will be greeted by the Guadalquivir river in Cordoba. We will walk over the historic Roman Bridge and enter the city through the Roman Gate. The most famous structure of the 2000-year-old city is the Great Mosque of Cordoba, one of the largest mosques in the world that stands on 850 columns, where we will witness the grandeur of this magnificent work guided by our guide while receiving impressive information. After our tour at the Cordoba Mosque, we will continue walking to see the pristine old streets and the intricacies of Andalusian architecture at the Old Inn and Cordoba's houses. After completing our tour here, we will return to our hotel in Sevilla. In the evening, our guests can optionally participate in the Flamenco Fire Tour (55 Euro) organized in Sevilla. Sevilla is one of the birthplaces of flamenco and is considered one of the most important centers of flamenco culture in Spain. The city is famous for its traditional flamenco performances, dance studios, and flamenco festivals and events. You will be mesmerized while watching flamenco dancers during our Flamenco night. As the capital of Spain, Madrid is one of the most visited cities in Spain, known for its rich history and cultural heritage. During our city tour, we will first see the Bullfighting Arena (from outside), the Alcala Gate and the Independence Square, the Sibeles Monument, the Bernabeu Stadium, the Plaza Castilla, the Atocha Train Station, and the Famous Prado Museum (from outside), followed by the Plaza de Espana which features the statues of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, and the Royal Palace (from outside). We will then proceed to the famous 9-gate Plaza Mayor, known for its impressive architecture and historical texture. Finally, we will spend some time at Puerta del Sol, one of the most lively points of the city, exploring the social and cultural heart of Madrid. Here, we will have the opportunity to observe how the city's history intertwines with modern life. Our tour continues on the iconic Gran Vía Avenue, known for its shops, restaurants, and theaters, and considered the fashion and entertainment center of the city. After our city tour, we will have free time for personal activities; guests who wish may shop, take photos, and enjoy gourmet tours of local delicacies in this beautiful city. Located approximately 70 kilometers from Madrid, **Toledo** is a historical city that has hosted different cultures of the Iberian Peninsula, including Roman, Visigoth, Muslim, and Christian civilizations, and is under the protection of UNESCO. It is known for its magnificent architecture and cultural heritage from the Middle Ages. During our tour of this open-air museum city, we will see its historic narrow streets, **Toledo Cathedral** (from the outside), churches converted from Andalusian mosques, and numerous other wonders. After our tour, our second stop will be **Segovia**. Positioned along the banks of the **Tagus River**, **Segovia** is known for its impressive medieval architecture and rich cultural heritage. During our city tour here, we will see the 15 km long and 28 meters high engineering marvel, the **Segovia Aqueduct**, **Segovia Cathedral**, the towers that inspired the **Disneyland Logo**, **Alcazar Palace** (from the outside), its ancient streets, and Jewish quarters. Zaragoza is a historically and culturally rich city located in the northeast of Spain, on the banks of the Ebro River. As the capital of the Aragon Autonomous Community, Zaragoza draws attention with its deep-rooted history. The city's history dates back to the Roman era, where it was known as "Caesaraugusta", a name derived from Emperor Augustus. Remains of Roman theater, walls, and thermal baths can still be seen today. Zaragoza came under Muslim rule in the 8th century and remained influenced by Islamic culture for approximately 400 years. The Aljaferia Palace, a remnant from this period, is one of the finest examples of Islamic architecture in Spain. The city was conquered by Christians in 1118 and became one of the significant centers of the Aragon Kingdom. One of Zaragoza's most famous structures is the Basilica del Pilar, a masterpiece of Baroque architecture. This grand cathedral is considered the site of one of the first appearances of the Virgin Mary in Spain and is an important stop for pilgrims. After our tour, we continue our journey to Barcelona. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. Barcelona is the second largest city in Spain and has gained worldwide fame as the vibrant and enchanting capital of the Catalonia region. With its magnificent architecture, colorful streets, delicious cuisine, and lively nightlife, Barcelona attracts millions of visitors each year. The city is like an open-air museum adorned with the unique works of Antoni Gaudi. During our city tour in this beautiful city, we will visit notable places such as the Sagrada Familia Church, Christof Colomb Statue, Montjuic Hill, La Ramblas Street, Spain and Catalunya Squares, Endulüs Arena, and Olympic Port. Our first stop on the tour will be **Girona**. Located in northeastern Catalonia, approximately 100 kilometers north of Barcelona, Girona is a historic city known for its narrow streets, historical buildings, museums, churches, and walls dating back to the Middle Ages. During our tour here, we will visit the **Lion Statue**, **Cathedral Square**, and the famous **Jewish Quarter** (El Call). After our tour, we will head towards the city of **Figueres**. **Figueres** is located to the northeast of Girona and is known as the birthplace of **Salvador Dali**. The city has a close relationship with the life and works of the famous Spanish painter Salvador Dali. The most important tourist attraction in Figueres is the **Salvador Dali Museum**. Dali established this museum in his birthplace to leave something behind and display his works. Today, this museum holds the largest collection of Dali's works and is considered Dali's greatest masterpiece since he designed every part of it. The museum contains over 4,000 works created by Dali using various techniques. After our tour, we will return to Barcelona. One of the magnificent works of **Antoni Gaudi**, **Park Guell** is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
