DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between the following parties under the terms and conditions stated below.

The BUYER accepts in advance that once the order is confirmed, the order price and any additional costs (taxes, service fees, etc.) must be paid in full and declares that they have been informed accordingly.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• MINISTRY: Ministry of Trade
• LAW: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
• REGULATION: Distance Contracts Regulation
• SERVICE: All services provided in return for a fee
• SELLER: The company offering services within the scope of commercial activities
• BUYER: A real person acquiring services for non-commercial purposes
• WEBSITE: The website owned by the SELLER
• CUSTOMER: The person requesting services through the WEBSITE
• AGREEMENT: This Distance Sales Agreement

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and performance of services purchased by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website.

Prices published on the website are valid until updated. Campaign prices apply only during the specified campaign period.

7. SERVICE INFORMATION

1. The main characteristics of the service (tour content, dates, duration, inclusions) are published on the SELLER’s website.
2. Prices displayed on the website are final sale prices, including applicable taxes.
3. The total service price includes:

• Service description
• Total service fee (VAT included)
• Payment method
• Service date(s)

8. INVOICE INFORMATION

The invoice shall be issued in the name of the BUYER and delivered electronically or together with the service.

9. GENERAL TERMS

9.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the pre-information regarding the service, price, payment method, and performance conditions before confirming the order.

9.2. The SELLER undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the details specified on the website and in the order confirmation.

9.3. If the service becomes impossible to perform, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER within 3 business days and refund all payments within 14 days.

9.4. If payment is not completed or is canceled by the bank, the SELLER shall have no obligation to provide the service.

9.5. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), the SELLER shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transportation, tour packages, or leisure services provided on a specific date or period.

Cancellation and refund conditions for tours are stated separately on the relevant tour page and apply accordingly.

11. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (e-mail).
• Refunds, if applicable, shall be made within 14 days using the original payment method.
• Conditions vary depending on the tour and are specified on the relevant product page.

12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The BUYER’s personal data shall be processed solely for order fulfillment and payment purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws and shall not be shared with third parties except where legally required.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, images, logos, and materials on the SELLER’s website are the property of the SELLER and may not be used without written permission.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

In case of disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa, Turkey shall have jurisdiction.

15. EFFECTIVE DATE

This Agreement enters into force when the BUYER completes the order and makes payment through the SELLER’s website.

By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
