1. Scope of Contract
1.1. Ayhan Light Electric, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company is located in Gulbahçe, Ar-kur Northhan, Ulubatlı Hasan Boulevard No:406, 16240 Osmangazi / Bursa. This contract is assigned between the customer and Ayhan Light Electric, Machine, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company and determines the terms of service and the obligations of the parties.
1.2. Ayhan Light Elektrik, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company’s software development, web design, information, communication services, internet and printed media advertising services such as products are subject to written contract provisions made between customer and Ayhan Light Electric, Machine, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company. As long as Customer and Ayhan Light Electrical, Machine, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company does not otherwise decide, this contract applies.
1.3. Ayhan Light Elektrik, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company products will be called “Services” under this contract and the services offered to the customer with a separate written contract will not be included in this scope.
2. Contract Terms
2.1. In order to use the services, the acceptance and approval of the service contract is required by the customer.
2.2. Terms of Service Contract Acceptance:
a- Ayhan Light Electrical, Machine, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company to inform the customer representative for any service.
b- Ayhan Light Electrical, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company signed the contract sent between the customer.
With the use of the services provided by C- Ayhan Light Electric, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company, the customer agrees to the service contract of Ayhan Light Electric, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company in this case.
2.3. In order to accept and confirm the customer, the customer shall not use this service agreement, if it is not different, or the laws of the Republic of Turkey or the laws of the country where it receives the service. When this situation is detected, the services received by the customer are immediately terminated, and Ayhan Light Elektrik, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company will not be liable for any loss or damage the customer lives.
3. Service Terms
3.1. Ayhan Light Electric, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company can temporarily or permanently stop providing services or services to users without prior notice, in the framework of continuous innovation, without prior notice of the customer. This is accepted and approved by the customer. The customer reserves the right to stop, modify, and search for services within the authorizations provided to him. 3.3. Ayhan Light Electrical, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company does not provide a top limit for messages or storage areas sent through services. However, the customer agrees that Ayhan Light Electrical, Machine, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company can identify such a top limit at any time. In such a case, if the specified limit is exceeded, the amount is also charged.
3.4. As for the services provided by Ayhan Light Elektrik, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company, service fee rates vary in payments made by the customer. Service fee rate is determined by Ayhan Light Electric, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company and approved by the customer.
3.5. Customer information will not be shared with other customers by Ayhan Light Electric, Machine, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company. This information is stored by Ayhan Light Electric, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company.
3.6. Every service received by the customer is evaluated according to the conditions of the period the service is received. Therefore, the customer may not request any right or payment to the past.
3.7. Ayhan Light Electric, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company offers internet advertising services through service providers. Ayhan Light Elektrik, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company shall not be liable for changes in the policy and service conditions of the service providers.
3.8. Ayhan Light Elektrik, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company is not required to reflect the promotional budget products and services offered by advertising service providers. This is stored.

3.13. Ayhan Light Electric, Machine, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for triggering code system or ads, provided by the advertising service provider.
3.14. Ayhan Light Elektrik, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company carries on what spiritual responsibility for damages given to users who visit the site through any content, software or viruses on the advertiser’s site.
3.16. Ayhan Light Elektrik, Machinery, Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company is not responsible for code-dependent errors added to the advertiser site to use certain advertising properties or to make ads more functional and measurable.

Customer Service Usage
4.1. AYHAN LIGHT ELEK. MAKİTEKS.T. SER.TA.A.K.G. In order to access the services provided by TİC SAN LTD, it may be necessary to provide some information (such as communication or contact information) relating to the use of customer, registration process or services. Password and Account Security
5.1. Customer, AYHAN LIGHT ELEK. MAKİTEKS.T. SER.TA.A.K.G. It is responsible for providing access to the services provided by COM SAN LTD, to ensure the confidentiality and protection of all the accounts it uses. It only accepts that it is responsible for all movements that occur in your own account.

Personal Privacy and Personal Information

Scope of Services

Property Rights

TRADE SAN LTD reserves the right to use the trade title, trademark, service brand, logo, domain name and other descriptive brand elements, and is committed to using these trademarks and logos in order to create any mess about the owner or authorized user. It also accepts not to remove or hide, including those services or added property rights notifications, copyrights and trademarks.

9.2. Customer, AYHAN LIGHT ELEK. MAKİTEKS.T. SER.TA.A.K.G. Unless expressly permitted by the COMMERCE SAN LTD, or not required by the Law; it can not copy or modify the software, it cannot create new works from this software, the source code of the software or any part of this code can not reverse engineering, dekompile or any other way or allow third parties to do these operations.

Content Use Right
10.1. Customer, AYHAN LIGHT ELEK. MAKİTEKS.T. SER.TA.A.K.G. The copyright and other rights for the services provided, submitted or exhibited by TİC SAN LTD. By offering content, sending or exhibiting AYHAN LIGHT ELEK. MAKİTEKS.T. SER.TA.A.K.G. TİC SAN LTD recognizes the right to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, perform and exhibit any content offered by the customer through its services provided. 10.2. Customer, license, AYHAN LIGHT ELEK. MAKİTEKS.T. SER.TA.A.K.G. TİC SAN LTD accepts that its content is associated with other companies, organizations and individuals associated with common services, and the right to use this content to provide these services.
10.3. AYHAN LIGHT ELEK. MAKİTEKS.T. SER.TA.A.K.G. TRADE SAN LTD, can transmit and distribute the customer's content in different social networks and different media channels. TİC SAN LTD accepts and declares the right to perform these transactions.
Software Updates
11.1. AYHAN LIGHT ELEK. MAKİTEKS.T. SER.TA.A.K.G. COMMERCIAL SAN LTD, updates the software used in different times. The customer agrees to receive these updates under the services provided.
AYHAN LIGHT ELEK. MAKİTEKS.T. SER.TA.A.K.G. Feshi of Customer Relationship with TRADE SAN LTD
12.1. Customer starts the service contract with online payments or bank transfer made via secure payment page. The customer protects the service contract validity as long as it has an active budget for the service it receives. When the customer exceeds the budget for the service it receives, the service contract is suspended. If the customer pays with the above-mentioned conditions, this contract is updated with the suspended account.

Limitation of Liability

Copyright and Trademark Policy

Change of Contract Terms

Disputes
