CONSENT RIGHTS - CAYMA - İPTAL AND TERMS
GENERAL TERMS
• When you place an order on our website in electronic environment, you agree to the pre-information form and distance sales contract offered to you.
• Receivers are subject to the provisions of the Regulation on the Law and Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188) on sales and delivery of the product they purchased.
• Product cargo fees will be met by buyer.
• Any purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer, provided not to exceed legal 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this time, the buyer may terminate the contract.
• The purchased product should be delivered with documents such as warranty certificate, user manual, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order.
• If the purchased product is not understood, the seller is obliged to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days. The price of the product should be returned within 14 days.

• If the buyer cancels the order; the amount he paid is refunded within 14 days as cash. The fee will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from cancellation. This amount of the bank can find 2-3 weeks to transfer to the buyer account.

• Receiver should be checked before delivery the product; ezik, broken, packaging teared etc. damaged products should not be delivered. Delivered products are considered solid.
• If the right to withdrawal is used, the product should not be used and returned with the bill.
RIGHT TO CAYMA
• The buyer may use the right to deteriorate without any legal and criminal liability in 14 (onf) days from the date of the purchase of the product. The right to withdrawal should be reported to the seller through the following contact information.
