This Agreement was signed in the framework of the following terms, among the parties mentioned below.

ALICI accepts the contract in advance, if the contract confirms the order, the order fee and additional fees (cargo fee, tax etc.) are obliged to pay, and declares that it is informed about it.
2. NEWS
In the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the following written terms are expressed with the explanations of the opposites:

• MANAGEMENT: Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188),
• SERVICE: All kinds of consumer operations are made in return for fee or benefit,
• SELLER: The company that offers or offers goods to the consumer within the scope of commercial or professional activities, or moving to its account,
• ALICI: Real or legal person who acquires, use or exploits goods or services for non-commercial purposes,
• SITE: Website owned by SATICI,
• CUSTOMER: Real or legal entity that demand goods or services through the website of the SATICI,
• RECIPES: SELLER & BUYER,
• AGREEMENT: This agreement between SATICI and ALICI,
• MAL: Transported goods, which are subject to shopping, software prepared for use in electronic environment, audio, image and similar goods.
3. AGREEMENT OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law and Distance Contracts Regulation on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 in relation to the sales and delivery of the products indicated by the BUYICI’s SATICI.
The prices listed on the site are prices for sale. The deals and commitments are valid until updated and amended. The prices declared for a certain period apply to the end of the specified time.

7. CONTENT PRODUCT/PRODUCTION INFORMATION FOR AGREEMENT
1. The basic features of the product/Service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the website of the SATICI. If the seller organizes a campaign, the basic features of the related product can be reached during the campaign. The campaign period applies.
2. The prices announced on the site are prices for sale. The deals and commitments are valid until updated. The prices announced for a certain period apply to the end of the specified time.

9. GENERAL TERMS
9.1. ALICI accepts, declares and undertakes that the product reads, informs and provides the preliminary information on the website of SATICI, about the basic features, sales price, payment method and delivery information. ALICI accepts that the address to be given to him before contracting by SATICI, the basic features of ordered products, the prices of products, the payment and delivery information correctly and precisely.
9.2. Every product that is subject to the contract shall be delivered to ALICI in the period specified in the preliminary information on the site of the SATICI, depending on the distance to the residence of the ALICI, but not exceeding 30 days, to the ALICI or to the specified person/organizations. If the product cannot be delivered during this time, the BUYER has the right to terminate the contract.
9.3. The SELLER undertakes that the contracting product will deliver in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, in accordance with warranty documents, use guides and legal regulations, in a complete and flawless way. In addition, SATICI will show the necessary care to improve the quality of service, all the information and documents required by the job.
9.4. The SELLER can provide a product in equivalent quality and price, in case of the product is not available, with the registration of receiving approval from the BUYICI.
9.5. The SELLER will inform the BUYER in writing within 3 working days, in cases where the ordered product is not available, and will pay the product fee back to ALICI within 14 days.
9.6. ALICI will confirm this contract for the delivery of the contract product in the electronic environment, and if the product price does not pay for any reason or is canceled in bank records, the SATICI accepts that the delivery obligation will end.
9.7. Once the product has been delivered, the BUYICI does not pay the product fee due to the abuse of the credit card, unless the corresponding bank or financial organization pays the product fee to the SATICI, the BUYER will return this fee to the SELLER within 3 days.
9.8. The SELLER will inform the BUYER due to delay or obstacle caused by the delivery of the product and the BUYER will request the replacement of the product or extending the delivery time. If ALICI cancels the order, the fee paid back in 14 days.
9.9. ALICI can inform ALICI, using SATICI’s contact information (e-mail, phone, etc.)
9.10. ALICI must check the product before delivery. If the product is damaged or the packaging is broken, this product should not be accepted.
9.11. If credit card holder with ALICI is different people, credit cardholder ID information and credit card extract can be requested.
9.12. ALICI accepts that the personal information provided is correct, and immediately tasting the wrong information that damages the SATICI.
10. RIGHT TO CAYMA
ALICI can use the right to determination from 14 (on four) days from the establishment of the contract without any reason and without paying any penalties.
For the use of the right of withdrawal, it is enough to send a withdrawal notification to the BUYICI’s SATICI. This notice should be made in writing (for example, by letter, fax or email). In the notice of the right to withdrawal, contact information such as ALICI’s name-name, order number, delivery address, telephone number, billing information should be noted.
Exceptions for withdrawal:
The right to withdrawal for the following products and services is not valid:
• Products that are specially produced by the consumer or without hygienically resellable products (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, software products etc.)
• From delivery date, the ordered product was used and destroyed after delivery.
In case of the use of the right of withdrawal, the bill of the product must be returned and the BUYICI should be sent back to the SATICI, along with the original packaging and all accessories. Shipping costs belong to ALICI.
11. 11. PRODUCT CHANGE AND RETURN
ALICI may return the product before using the right to determination, or transmit the exchange or return request to SATICI. If the SELLER accepts the request, it performs product change or return.
Returned product must be sent back in original packaging, unused and damaged. The product should not be used. Otherwise, the product will not be returned.
12. PRODUCT LIABILITY
The SELLER is responsible for providing products with suppliers and manufacturers of products available on sale, the instructions for use, warranty documents and quality documents accurately and accurately.
12. August PROTECTION OF SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA
ALICI’s personal information will be used by SATICI, only for the fulfillment of the order and for the realization of payment processes. This information will not be shared with third parties and may only be shared with official authorities within the framework of legal obligations.
14 July PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, including content, graphics, articles, logo and brands on the website of SATICI. These contents should not be used in any way without the approval of ALICI.
15. UYUMAZING SOLUTIONS
In any dispute that may arise regarding this contract, it is authorized by the Courts and Executive Apartments in accordance with the Turkish law legislation.
16. Home
This agreement shall take effect on confirming the order of ALICI via the internet and paying the order fee. ALICI shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of contract by giving approval to this contract.
17. September OTHER VOLTAGES
• The SELLER has the obligation to provide all the information and documents required in the fulfillment of the order.
• In the event that the SELLER does not fulfill its obligations, measures may be taken to ALICI such as returning the product price.
• If delays occur in product delivery are formed due to reasons, delivery time can be extended.
